Compensation

Salary Range: $24.15 - $28.60 / hour

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee’s specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Position Designation and Pay Range Information

This position may be filled as a Sitter, Nurse Tech or Sitter, CNA, depending on the candidate’s certification status. Candidates with a current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification may be eligible for the Sitter, CNA designation. The listed pay range encompasses the minimum rate for Nurse Tech and the maximum rate for CNA.

Placement into the appropriate role will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, including whether they possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Candidates who do not possess a CNA certification will be considered for the Sitter, Nurse Tech position. The pay for this role ranges from $24.15 to $28.60 per hour, depending on the position and qualifications. We encourage candidates with or without a CNA certification to apply.

Required
