Job summary

Nannies Who Care in Florida is seeking reliable, experienced sitters for flexible shifts with great families. You choose shifts that fit your schedule; we find the work for you, including backup care, weddings & group childcare events, date nights, and summer childcare in safe homes.

Pay starts at $16/hour for one child, with bonuses often bringing rates to $17–$28.50/hour. We guarantee a 4-hour minimum and pay for same-day cancellations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year childcare experience required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required after interview.
• Background and driving check completed.
• Must interview in English.
• Applicant must be 18 years or older.
