Domnovate is seeking a skilled registered nurse to support care coordination in Sitka, Alaska. This 13-week W-2 assignment focuses on helping patients navigate their care, connect services and understand treatment plans.

You will coordinate primary-care nursing, assess patients, administer ordered treatments and support referrals, education and continuity of care in ambulatory settings. Alaska RN license and BLS required; BSN and case-management cert preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Alaska RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, high school diploma or equivalent, and current BLS.
• At least one year of relevant clinic or hospital case-management experience within the past two years.
• BSN and case-management certification preferred.
• Start cannot occur less than six weeks after fingerprint clearance; target date depends on clearance.
