The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Siteworks at Zurn Elkay is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving regional performance across designated product lines. This individual owns all aspects of regional sales execution including strategy deployment, market growth, customer engagement, rep management, and sales performance analysis. The RSM will maintain strong relationships with sales reps, distributors, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders.

Location: Remote – USA (must be located in one of the states in region)
Reports to: Director – Siteworks Sales
Travel Requirements/Region: Northwest Region, USA – up to 75% (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming)
