Qualifications

• Previous construction or sitework experience preferred.
• Experience with pipe laying, dirt work, or underground utilities is a plus.
• Heavy equipment experience is beneficial but not required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 45–60 minutes from the Portsmouth area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site clearing and excavation.
• Support the installation of underground utilities.
• Operate plate compactors and basic construction tools.
• Assist with foundation preparation and site development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures.
