Sitework Foreman

Direct Hire | Full-Time

We're partnering with a growing sitework contractor to hire an experienced Sitework Foreman to oversee crews on commercial construction projects throughout Southern New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Massachusetts.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can keep projects moving, lead by example, and coordinate daily site operations while maintaining a safe and productive job site.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise sitework crews on commercial construction projects
• Oversee grading, excavation, utilities, and general site development work
• Read and interpret project plans and layouts
• Utilize GPS layout equipment and ensure work is completed accurately
• Coordinate daily activities to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
• Jump in and assist crews as needed throughout the project

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Sitework Foreman
• Strong background in commercial sitework and civil construction
• Experience with layout and GPS equipment
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Massachusetts Hoisting License preferred (or ability to obtain if required)
