Job description

Our client is expanding rapidly within the tower and telecom infrastructure space and is seeking a technical, hands-on Product Owner to support Salesforce Sitetracker–based delivery. This role is ideal for someone who understands telecom/tower operations, complex system integrations, and Agile product delivery.

Role Overview

As a Product Owner, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and engineering teams, translating tower/industry workflows into scalable, Salesforce Sitetracker solutions. You’ll own backlog execution, system requirements, and end-to-end delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and communicate product vision and technical roadmap for Salesforce Sitetracker initiatives
• Translate tower/industry workflows (site acquisition, construction, leasing, maintenance) into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and system designs
• Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to refine and prioritize the backlog
• Define functional and technical requirements, integrations, and data flows within Salesforce
• Support daily Agile execution by clarifying requirements, reviewing work, and approving stories
• Partner with QA and business teams on story-level testing, end-to-end test cases, and UAT execution
• Create personas, journey maps, and process flows to represent field, operations, and business users
• Develop burn-up charts, release forecasts, and capacity planning artifacts
• Drive continuous improvement using Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe practices

Required Experience

• 7+ years in software delivery, technology, or systems implementation
• 3+ years as a Product Owner in Agile environments
• Strong experience in tower, telecom, or infrastructure industries (Sitetracker experience becomes less critical with strong industry knowledge)
• Salesforce platform experience, preferably supporting Sitetracker implementations
• Experience translating business strategy into technical requirements and architecture
• Proven ability to work across IT, engineering, and business operations
• Strong backlog management, grooming, and story decomposition skills
