Role Overview

We are migrating websites for a client and need skilled Content Populators to transfer, organize, and format content on our CMS platform. Familiarity with Sitefinity and basic page-building skills using templates are required.

Responsibilities

1. Upload and format content (text, images, files, videos, FAQs, blogs, contact info) ensuring accuracy and brand standards.
2. Build and structure web pages using Sitefinity templates with proper layouts.
3. Monitor and resolve QA issues via BugHerd, providing updates and completing tasks.
4. Implement feedback to update or revise content.
5. Ensure content quality and accuracy before publishing.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and deliver tasks smoothly.

This is a temporary, project-based role with flexible part-time or full-time options. Training and documentation are provided.

Requirements

• Experience with Sitefinity CMS or similar platforms.
• Basic web layout and design knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to learn tools quickly, resolve formatting issues, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with QA tools like BugHerd is a plus.
• Good communication skills and task updates.
• Reliable home office setup and internet connection (dual monitors recommended).

Pay Range

$23 - $28 USD per hour across all locations (Louisville, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Chicago, Remote).
