Job summary

Wise Equation Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Sitecore Migration Engineer to lead cloud migration efforts from on-premises Sitecore to Sitecore XM Cloud. You will assess existing implementations, design migration strategies, and develop POCs to validate approaches.

The role involves refactoring legacy code for cloud readiness, building APIs with C#/.NET, and coordinating with Front-end teams using Next.js. Strong architecture analysis and DevOps familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Proven experience migrating Sitecore solutions to cloud platforms.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Experience analyzing enterprise application architectures.
• Understanding of headless CMS concepts and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience identifying and resolving integration and dependency challenges.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate has successfully led Sitecore cloud migrations, can quickly assess architectural complexity, and possesses the technical depth to modernize applications while minimizing business disruption
