Job summary

Foley Equipment is seeking a SITECH Field Technician to troubleshoot, install, and repair Trimble and CAT Grade products in field environments. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and verify operation while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical work, travel for training, and effective communication with customers. Prior experience with GPS/GNSS systems and CAT ET/SIS is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction technology, including grade control, site control, telematics, and machine safety.
• Proficient in reading specifications, service literature and technical bulletins.
• CAT ET & CAT SIS 2.0 experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and preventive maintenance on Trimble and CAT equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, recommend repairs and perform critical repairs.
• Test and verify correct operation of repairs and adjustments.
• Clean and maintain service truck, tools, and work area for safety.
• Communicate clearly with customers on repairs.
• Travel for training or to assist at other locations.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical work in field environments.

Our SITECH Field Technician is primarily responsible for troubleshooting and providing high quality installation and repairs for Trimble and Cat Grade products.
