Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Work Foreman to oversee grading, site preparation, and earthwork operations. This role requires hands‑on leadership, equipment operation skills, and the ability to coordinate crews to complete projects efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate has strong site development knowledge and proven field leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead site work crews on grading, excavation, and site prep projects.
• Operate heavy equipment including loaders, dozers, excavators, and skid steers as needed.
• Read and interpret site plans, grades, and construction documents.
• Ensure all grading and site prep meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage daily work schedules, crew assignments, and project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections for safety, productivity, and equipment readiness.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients as needed.
