Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with experience in site development, landscape, hardscape, or general construction, who can ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple active job sites.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to coordinate between project management, subcontractors, and field crews.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and crews.
• Coordinate scheduling of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure work meets specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and project layouts.
