The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong project coordination skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• 3 years of experience (or 7 years in lieu of degree) in/with administrative, program management, coordinating complex schedules, managing multiple concurrent projects, and serving as a primary liaison among diverse stakeholders.
• Experience organizing large-scale events involving multiple participants and strict deadlines.
• Processing documentation, maintaining detailed records, coordinating travel logistics, and managing reimbursement.
• Experience working with volunteers, committees, or professional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational and logistical activities of CODA site visits (200+ visits annually, 600+ volunteer site visitors).
• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of site visitor trainings and process updates.
• Assist in ensuring the efficient and consistent administration of CODA accreditation site visits.
