Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Utility Operator for a fast-paced construction setting in Washington state. The role supports safe and efficient operation of loader, backhoe, skid steer, and utility systems, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, ability to read manuals, and the capacity to work under pressure while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
