Harbor Compute is seeking a Site TPM on our Texas campus to own every delivery phase—from design through handoff. Based on-site near the Dallas area, you will align internal teams, GC partners, trades, and JV partners, ensuring a unified schedule and budget.
You will report to the EVP of Delivery and drive milestone achievement with a practical, no-ego approach. The role requires hands-on construction and program management, strong stakeholder communication, and a proven ability to manage
Harbor Compute builds, owns, and operates the data centers that power frontier AI, turning land, energy, and engineering into usable AI infrastructure. We do so responsibly and in partnership with the communities where we build, with energy strategies that strengthen power resilience, economics that allow host communities to share in the upside, a focus on local suppliers whenever possible, and siting and design shaped by local input.

Harbor's Texas campus is breaking ground, and the Site TPM owns it from first shovel to final handoff. Based on-site in the greater Dallas area, you'll lead every phase of delivery (design, permitting, bid, build, commissioning and closeout) and serve as the connective tissue between our internal teams, general contractors, trades, design and engineering, JV partners and the customer.
This role requires a hands-on blend of construction management and program management. You'll report to one of the cofounders - the EVP of Delivery - and you will hold a crucial role of keeping the site and Harbor's central program team working from one unified schedule and one budget. We operate without ego or arrogance: we build each other up, respect each other's strengths, and find real joy in the work. Success in your first year looks like strong customer and supplier relationships forged, milestones met on schedule and on budget, changes agreed before they reach the field, a commissioning process without surprises, and an operations team that inherits a facility and document set they can actually use.
The base salary range for this role is expected to be $190,000 - $240,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, with consideration for market alignment and internal equity. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes equity and a comprehensive benefits program, based on eligibility.
