Harbor's Texas campus is breaking ground, and the Site TPM owns it from first shovel to final handoff. Based on-site in the greater Dallas area, you'll lead every phase of delivery (design, permitting, bid, build, commissioning and closeout) and serve as the connective tissue between our internal teams, general contractors, trades, design and engineering, JV partners and the customer.
This role requires a hands-on blend of construction management and program management. You'll report to one of the cofounders - the EVP of Delivery - and you will hold a crucial role of keeping the site and Harbor's central program team working from one unified schedule and one budget. We operate without ego or arrogance: we build each other up, respect each other's strengths, and find real joy in the work. Success in your first year looks like strong customer and supplier relationships forged, milestones met on schedule and on budget, changes agreed before they reach the field, a commissioning process without surprises, and an operations team that inherits a facility and document set they can actually use.
The base salary range for this role is expected to be $190,000 - $240,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, with consideration for market alignment and internal equity. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes equity and a comprehensive benefits program, based on eligibility.
