Communicate technical issues and repair solutions clearly to customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and property management teams.

Be available for on-call service requests from users and building management.

Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience working with mechanical and/or electrical equipment.

Relevant experience in automobile, motorcycle, aviation mechanics, or similar fields is highly valued.

Ability to read blueprints and electrical wiring diagrams.

Flexibility to work with changing schedules and varying hours.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills.

Proficiency with basic mechanical hand tools, multimeters, and other relevant equipment.

Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting heavy equipment, and working in confined spaces.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

A customer-focused attitude with the ability to engage professionally with both clients and contractors.
