Description

Job Posting: Site Technician - Beacon Pointe Apartments and Townhomes

Beacon Pointe Apartments and Townhomes, located in Eastern Baltimore County, is currently seeking a dedicated Site Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the general upkeep of the property, enhancing its curb appeal, and assisting the maintenance staff in ensuring the efficient management of the property.

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of indoor common areas

Keep sidewalks, walkways, and grounds clean and tidy

Assist the maintenance team with general maintenance tasks when necessary

Paint common areas and vacant units as needed

Perform minor carpentry tasks, including re-screening and drywall repairs

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
