XYZ Reality Ltd. is seeking a Site Surveyor to establish and maintain control on construction sites using a Robotic Total Station and the Atom AR headset.

You will work with BIM models to ensure installations align with the BIM Model, reporting daily results to the Field Operations Manager. This permanent role involves on-site surveying on major projects across the US, travel and relocation where needed, and collaboration with contractors to plan inspections.

Competenze

• Experience in construction surveying or engineering surveying.
• Strong experience using Robotic Total Stations for construction layout and control.
• Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Knowledge related to 3D software (Revit, Navisworks etc) or BIM / BIM360 is desirable but not essential and can be taught.
• Must be confident in using Microsoft Office.

Role Summary

As a Site Surveyor at XYZ Reality, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining both primary and secondary control on-site using a Robotic Total Station to enable the usage of the Atom. Once established, part of your daily tasks will be to wear the Atom, using it to eliminate construction and design errors on-site, which would otherwise lead to costly and time-consuming rework.
