The Site Support Application Analyst will provide support to Community Health Network end users. This Analyst will be responsible for partnering with IT Solutions, informatics, super users, and operational staff and/or leaders. This role works with these partners to provide solutions to design, delivery, communication, and training. This role may also contribute to special project work assigned under the guidance of leadership. Individuals in this role will also possess and apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of a particular field of specialization to the completion of moderately difficult assignments/tasks. These assignments/tasks may include planning, system analysis, application building, testing, maintenance, and support. The Site Support Application Analyst also understands the interdependencies of the applications they support and follows appropriate change control and project management methodologies as necessary.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, clinical/healthcare required.
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Information Technology and/or clinical/healthcare experience required.
  • Clinical or RN experience strongly preferred.
  • Epic experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong networking, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills, focused on developing high-performing teams.
  • Listening actively, responding with empathy, and acting with compassion.
  • Ability to provide advice and guidance to co-workers.
  • Understanding and utilization of Epic applications.
  • This position will provide support for Community Health Network’s Cardiovascular product line and will require traveling to various Community Health Network sites.
