Position Summary: This position helps lead the daily operations and staff of the MPS VRP in Milwaukee. The Site Supervisor works with the Co-Program Director on requirements related to the VRP, including data management, reporting, personnel, relationships with MPS leadership and the Safety Director, and performance metrics. Ensures coverage at assigned MPS School and availability for youth 7 days a week.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Exceptional customer service, person-centered skills, excellent communication, strong computer skills (Word, Excel, databases), detail-oriented, analytical, culturally sensitive.
Minimal Qualifications:
Work Relationship and Scope: Reports to Co-Directors of MPS VRP, works with Director of Milwaukee Youth Services and VP of Court & Community Reintegration Services. Oversees 3-5 staff, interacts with youth, families, MPS staff, and community partners.
Personal Attributes: Passionate about mission, accountable, collaborative, ethical, culturally sensitive, and respectful.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced office, interactions with youth and families, MPS and WCS staff, flexible hours supporting 7 schools, some travel required.
Physical Demands: Desk work, computer use, driving between locations.
