• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• 2 years experience working as unarmed security guard
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must present a professional image
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk an entire shift
• Must have a valid, state issued Driver’s License
• A US citizen or an alien lawfully authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to provide COVID-19 vaccination status upon request
• Must have an active SC unarmed SLED card

Responsibilities

• Security Officers must maintain safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Security Officers must prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
• Security Officers must provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
• Security Officers must secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Security Officers must complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Security Officers must maintain organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Security Officers must maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
• Security Officers must interact with staff and assist the store's management team.
• Security Officers must contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
