Job summary

Techwin Limited is seeking a Site Supervisor – Solar Power Systems to join our Projects Department in the United States. The role focuses on proper planning and scheduling of installations, on-site supervision of technicians, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across solar water heating, lighting, and pumping systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in a similar role.
• EPRA T3 certification & valid driving license will be an added advantage.
• Experience in MS Office and Project Management softwares.
• Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Proper planning and scheduling of all installations.
• Provide onsite and offsite supervision and coordination of junior technicians and casual laborers.
• Conduct pre-installation site assessments and post-installation inspections.
• Install, configure and commission solar water heating, lighting and pumping systems.
• Perform electrical and mechanical integration of solar components.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair faulty systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry and electrical codes.
• Adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during installation.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve on-site concerns professionally.
• Proper record management for all Solar Power Systems projects.
