JOB SUMMARY: The Site Supervisor oversees daily job-site operations and supervises installation crews to ensure the safe and efficient completion of projects.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: The following are essential for performing this role with independence and discretion:

1. Understanding of AV system functionality, installation methods, and means
2. Formal education or extensive experience in audiovisual, construction, technology, or related fields
3. Proven leadership skills; ability to motivate and manage a crew to meet deadlines
4. Strong project management skills with attention to detail
5. Effective communication skills
6. Creative problem-solving abilities
7. Ability to interpret construction documents, including floor plans and schematics
8. Technical and troubleshooting skills comparable to or exceeding those of an Installer or Service Technician
9. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and minimal supervision
10. Comfortable working on busy construction sites
11. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
12. Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
13. Proficient in time management, organization, and detail orientation
14. CTS-I Certification or progress towards it preferred
15. Valid driver’s license, passport, and ability to travel internationally
16. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5-10 years in audiovisual system installation, configuration, testing, and servicing.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Supervise personnel and ensure safety on the project site
2. Review all contract documents and project requirements
3. Understand project scope, schedule, and coordination needs
4. Manage in-house activities including fabrication, installation, programming, and testing
5. Oversee project schedule and coordinate with stakeholders
6. Schedule personnel with Operations Manager
7. Monitor labor costs and communicate issues impacting profitability
8. Handle construction communication and documentation
9. Inspect installation work and certify system performance
