Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the work of the janitorial staff in the building.
• Designate shift and area work assignments.
• Manage employee relations and performance issues quickly and appropriately.
• Review employee timekeeping to ensure compliance and complete payroll documents.
• Inspect the jobsite regularly to identify quality concerns or project work needed; submit inspection reports.
• Identify and communicate the need for any special project work to management.
• Respond quickly to customer concerns or complaints.
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures; report and investigate accidents.
• Complete training courses as required.
• Other assignments to support operations.
