Job Summary

Supervise, direct, and coordinate employees, supplies, and equipment. Ensure that cleaning and maintenance of assigned properties are completed according to contractual specifications.

• Maintain payroll records, performance documents, and disciplinary actions.
• Assign tasks based on job requirements or special projects.
• Perform quality control to meet Harvard and customer standards.
• Train staff on proper cleaning techniques.
• Ensure safety equipment and procedures are followed.
• Order and manage supplies and equipment.
• Address customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Oversee general equipment maintenance.
• Manage projects and special assignments as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning/janitorial services.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic ability to write business documents.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Engage in professional conversations with clients and colleagues.
• Operate basic office technology.
• Conduct face-to-face discussions at all professional levels.
• Work in close proximity to others and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Stand, walk, sit, stoop, or kneel as needed.
