Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Full-Time Security Site Supervisor in the Louisville, KY area. These positions offer a pay rate of $27.00/hr, with weekly pay.

Shift:

Schedule can change based on operational needs.

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of supervisor experience.
• Previous scheduling experience.
• Experience with loss prevention and metal detection is a plus.
• Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
• Must have the availability to work weekends, various shifts, and holidays.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

The Site Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to, ensuring officers are following required tasks, reporting incidents, and communicating all required information to leadership, ensuring payroll is accurate, and all other duties as assigned by management.

A Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Site Supervisor will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun 123
