I Am Boundless, Inc. in Worthington, OH is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee direct programming and support services for individuals with I/DD and to supervise residential staff in the individuals' homes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License and CPR/First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct programming and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise residential staff assigned to each individual’s home.
• Assist with safety, compliance and quality of life for participants.
