Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a Site Supervisor for our Celina, TX recycling facility. The role focuses on motivating a production team to meet goals and KPIs, while assisting the Location Manager with workforce programs and shift management.

The candidate should bring strong communication, problem-solving and time-management abilities, with experience in waste/recycling or light manufacturing being a plus. This is a full-time management position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Leadership skills are essential.
• Experience with performance management is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills are needed.
• Results-driven approach is expected.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and use computer tools; bilingual is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Warehouse/Production Manager is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service and maintain effective communications with clients.
• Participate in hiring and recruiting activities on site.
• Handle administrative and payroll functions for the shift.
• Plan and conduct on-the-job training and development.
• Manage safety programs and ensure compliance on site.
