Job summary

The Brien Center in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a supervisor to manage site operations and staff development at one of our Community Service Group Living Environments. The role involves supervising staff, implementing treatment plans, and ensuring adherence to licensing standards.

The ideal candidate holds an Associates or Bachelor's degree or has four years of related experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
