Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor in Phoenix to oversee security operations, manage client relations, and ensure adherence to contract requirements.

You will report to the Director of Operations and coordinate with shift supervisors. Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll, invoicing, attendance tracking, and maintaining post orders, with a focus on compliance with BSIS and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressively responsible security experience; five preferred.

Responsibilities

• The go-to person of the client for security related issues or requests.
• The next in the chain-of-command after the shift supervisor.

• Invoicing - checking and sending to me for review prior to submitting to client.
• Tracking attendance, disciplinary action, vacation/time off requests, absence notices/Dr. notes, compliance.
• Audit supervisor end-of-shift reports, officer daily activity reports, scalable reports.
• Scanning documents into the share drive.
• Terminations - including all processing.
• Requisitions, interviewing, hiring and guiding through the pipeline until onsite.
• Uniform & equipment requests.
• Job Training.
• Compliance (BSIS, CA, healthcare, etc.).
• Meeting with department heads as requested.
• Participating in monthly EOC meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Investigations (collecting written statements).
• Ensuring all proper paperwork is filled out for workers comp,
• Post Orders are kept up to date
• Frequent communication with all supervisors.

Job Summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent. Any deviations from this requirement must be approved.
• Two years of progressively responsible Security or related experience- five preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of security operations required.
• Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
• Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.
• Strong analytical skills needed to analyze complex data and develop reasonable analysis, appropriate conclusions and/ or innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Preferred candidate has either an honorable military discharge, a Bachelor's degree or 5 years experience in an operations management and project management role.
• Can independently develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other products that may be needed. (e.g. - MS Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint)
• An understanding of security operations and contracts management preferred.
• Understand operational KPIs and ability to utilize data to drive operations.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and time management skills.
• A great communicator that gets the value of teamwork.
• Experience in general office setting in a supervisory role preferred.
• Comfortable in an ever changing, fast paced, sometimes stressful environment.
