Job Title: Security Supervisor

Metro One is the nation's premier Loss Prevention and Security Organization, with more than 100 national clients and 3,000 security personnel. Our team includes security officers (both armed and unarmed), concierge officers, special event security, and trained, licensed personnel working across retail, logistics, corporate, education, and other industries. Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for security personnel assigned to the facility.
• Serve as the primary contact for client management at the site.
• Train security staff and maintain awareness of emergency response procedures, evacuation, hazmat protocols, fire detection, and injury reporting.
• Document incidents and risk conditions, and report to building leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all internal programs, policies, and reporting requirements.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with client site management and Metro One management.
• Maintain communication protocols to support a productive client relationship.
• Oversee all patrol/fleet vehicles and equipment used in security operations on-site.
• Perform additional initiatives, emergency responses, and tasks as directed by Metro One management.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading a uniformed security team.
• Experience in security and safety within manufacturing, logistics, or fulfillment centers is a plus.
• Previous supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, or military required.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening and meet all applicable legal requirements.
