We are seeking a Temporary On-Site Supervisor with foundational construction experience to oversee daily site activities and support a small crew. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who understands construction basics, is hands-on, and is eager to grow into a leadership role. We are specifically looking for candidates with good habits, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. This is for a 6 week tenant improvement. This is a working supervisor position—expect to lead by example and assist with physical tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
