Securitas USA is seeking a Site Security Supervisor in Chicago, IL. The role pays $24.50 per hour and involves supervising on-site security officers, ensuring adherence to post orders, and maintaining daily activity logs.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years security and 3+ years supervisory experience OR 5+ years security experience.

• Advanced computer / technology skills needed.
• Strong communication, reporting and organization skills.
• Pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
• Inspect posts as scheduled and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
• Train new officers and provide coaching and feedback.
• Assist in payroll submission and personnel information to the company.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.

What Your Day May Look Like

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have 1+ years security and 3+ years supervisory experience OR 5+ years security experience.

• Customer service background preferred.
• Must have able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.

• Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
