Qualifications

• Provide clear direction and support to site supervisors, ensuring effective communication of work schedules, safety protocols, and project objectives.
• Monitor site supervisor performance, conduct reviews, and address issues to maintain high quality and safety.
• Lead and guide the team following Leadership Principles, ensuring full engagement and commitment.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and project stakeholders to plan and execute site activities within timelines and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to QHSE standards and RAMS across all sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team of site supervisors to ensure on-site activities are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Foster collaboration between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Manage change requests, track progress, and address deviations or claims efficiently.
• Provide hands-on support in mechanical or welding tasks when necessary to resolve on-site issues.
• Maintain clear communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.
