Job summary

Crowder Constructors Inc. in Roswell, GA is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead field operations on major civil projects. Qualifications

• Four years of experience constructing water and wastewater or related experience.
• Minimum eight years construction management and/or craft supervision experience in similar facility construction.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction including technology, equipment, and methods.
• Excellent communication, organization, motivation, and leadership skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Examine and inspect work progress, equipment and sites to verify safety and ensure specs are met.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Review project submittals, plans, and specifications to verify developments.
• Create and update weekly a two-week schedule showing what work will be accomplished.
