Job Description

The primary responsibility of the construction site superintendent is to ensure smooth project execution post-design phase. Candidates should have experience with HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction, along with strong communication skills. The role involves on-site presence during heavy construction and potential remote work during other phases, with travel to job sites required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract Activities: Review project drawings, assist with walkthroughs and subcontractor selection.
• Construction: Develop schedules, manage safety, oversee equipment and materials, lead meetings, document progress, assist with commissioning and warranties, coordinate owner training, and manage punch lists.
• Post-Construction: Address issues, resolve warranty claims, develop manuals and as-builts.
