Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience is required, with prior Superintendent experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Site Superintendent - Residential to join their residential team, assisting the Project Manager with overseeing all site activities. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits.
