Custom Craft is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead residential remodeling projects in Lansdale, PA. This role requires hands-on leadership on-site, with a focus on craftsmanship and safety.

You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, read blueprints, and ensure projects stay on schedule. A strong carpentry background and team leadership are essential to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential remodeling or custom home construction experience.
• Strong hands-on carpentry background.
• Experience leading crews or supervising jobsites.
• Excellent understanding of residential building practices and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional carpentry tools.
