You will serve as the primary field leader responsible for driving site safety, schedule execution, and overall build quality on commercial job sites. • Direct daily on-site operations to keep commercial construction projects on schedule and within quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Active OSHA 30 Certification.

• Ability to operate self-sufficiently in the field while maintaining strong lines of communication with the office.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for project assignments.
• Must be able to operate scheduling software and basic communication programs

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or Field Operations Lead in commercial construction.
• Associate Degree in Construction Management or a related technical field.
