Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Journeyman Electrician with commercial experience.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Deep knowledge of the NEC and construction processes.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in demanding environments and at heights.
• Willingness to travel 75–90% (17/4 rotation provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices on active job sites
• Oversee installation of commercial electrical systems in alignment with drawings, specs, NEC, and local codes
• Manage daily reports, look-aheads, progress updates, and documentation
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, PPE, and company safety programs
• Coordinate labor, tools, equipment, fleet vehicles, and material needs
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture
• Support QA/QC efforts, site visits, and project execution standards
• Train, evaluate, and develop field personnel
