Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions is seeking experienced Construction Superintendents to oversee daily field operations from mobilization through project completion in California. You will lead safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and successful project delivery on ground-up and renovation projects.

As the primary field leader, you will work closely with project management teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining daily reports, look-ahead

Qualifications

• Experience supervising ground-up and renovation construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and CM software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily jobsite operations and field execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.
• Develop and manage look-ahead schedules.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety standards.
• Ensure work conforms to plans and specs.

Assistant Superintendent / Superintendent

Location: Orange County / Los Angeles Area, CA

Salary: $75,000 – $200,000

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Construction Superintendents to oversee daily field operations from mobilization through project completion. This individual will be responsible for safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and successful project delivery.

The Superintendent will serve as the primary field leader and work closely with project management teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily jobsite operations and field execution
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
• Develop and manage look-ahead schedules
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety standards
• Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
• Manage inspections, testing, and trade coordination
• Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and workforce planning
• Track project progress and maintain daily reports
• Support project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover

Qualifications

• Experience supervising ground-up and renovation construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Public works, education, healthcare, or institutional project experience preferred
