Overview

As a Site Engineer at Thatch, you'll serve in a cross-functional capacity, ensuring that our public site is both beautiful and functional. You'll work with our design and engineering teams to maintain and improve our website at thatch.ai, creating a strong representation of our brand and a useful tool for our users. Your role helps speak to our user base, build our brand, and educate our customers.

What you’ll do

• Maintain and improve our public site, ensuring it is performant and accessible.
• Collaborate with our design team to implement new designs and features on our public site.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the public site.
• Work with our marketing team to ensure the public site is blazing fast, SEO-friendly, and accessible.

Background we’re looking for

• Experience building and maintaining websites using React, TypeScript, CSS, Tailwind, and other modern web technologies.
• Experience working cross-functionally with design and marketing teams.
• Excellent written communication and project management skills.
• A proactive, optimistic, growth-minded approach, complemented by resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving workplace.
