Job summary

This position demands knowledge of hand and electric power tools and comfort with maintenance and construction duties. Applicants with at least 1 year of relevant industrial experience are preferred.

• Use of hand electric power tools and pneumatic tools and care for these tools
• Building and ground maintenance; handling trash; and assisting in maintenance and construction
