Job summary

Securitas USA in Boston is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites. You will ensure all security operations run smoothly, post orders are followed, staff are trained, and client expectations are met.

This role also involves scheduling, coaching, inspections, reporting, payroll support, and emergencies response. You may perform Security Officer duties when needed and will work with client representatives to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• HS diploma or GED; willing to obtain GED within six months.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Reliable transportation and communication.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and staff at client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed, patrols completed, and reports submitted on time.
• Assign work schedules and ensure adequate coverage of all posts.
• Coach, train, and discipline employees per policy and client requirements.
• Conduct post inspections and review duties with staff.
• Train staff on post orders, procedures, and site-specific requirements.
• Prepare, review, and submit reports, logs, and required documentation.
• Assist with payroll and personnel reporting as assigned.
• Respond to emergencies and notify authorities and client representatives.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security needs are met and provide high-quality customer service.
• Support hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions, including recommendations.
• Step in and perform Security Officer duties when necessary.
