Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Security Site Supervisor for the AM shift in El Segundo, CA. You will lead on-site security operations, manage posts, monitor access control, and ensure client satisfaction while enforcing post orders and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED; security experience required.
• 4 years of security experience with 2 years in site supervision.
• Active state security license/guard card for California.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening.
• Strong written/verbal communication and customer-service demeanor.
• Proficiency with CCTV/VMS, access control, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift briefings; assign posts and verify staffing.
• Monitor site activity and enforce access control and escorts.
• Maintain logs, DARs, and pass-downs; submit daily activity reports.
• Schedule officers, manage timekeeping, and coverage for leave.
• Coach and develop officers; conduct on-the-job training.
• Prepare incident summaries and KPI updates for client reviews.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire/life safety, and privacy rules.
