Job summary

Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to observe and report activities at an assigned client site, patrol the premises, and enforce safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must pass background and reference checks, and drug testing.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Related security experience preferred.
• US citizenship preferred.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
• Must meet licensing requirements for Security Officers.

Responsibilities

• Control access to client site and screen visitors.
• Provide courteous, professional interaction and image of client security.
• Communicate information openly and accurately.
• Monitor entrances/exits and prevent unlawful entry.
• Patrol site on foot or vehicle and check safety conditions.
• Prepare logs and reports and maintain security logs.
• Observe and report incidents to client or authorities.
• Respond to incidents following procedures established for the site.
