Qualifications

• Experience in physical security, law enforcement or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Controls access to client site and facilities through the admittance process to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Responds to emergencies and escalating situations following protocol; may involve armed response.
• Maintains professional conduct and provides courteous interaction with clients and visitors.
• Monitors entrances/exits, directs movement of people and vehicles, and manages parking.
• Patrols site on foot or by vehicle; checks for hazards, security violations and unlocked doors.
• Carries out incident documentation and prepares logs/reports as required.
• Observes and reports incidents to client representatives and management as appropriate.
• Responds to incidents such as fire, medical emergencies, bomb threats and severe weather.
