Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Site Security Manager (SSM) to lead security across planning, design, and construction for critical facilities in Texas. You will ensure accreditation compliance, guide planners and engineers, and collaborate with the designated SSM to implement policy-based requirements.

You will develop and oversee CSO-related documents, conduct inspections, and coordinate with the AO to address vulnerabilities and countermeasures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired; counts towards experience.
• 1+ years related security experience.
• TS/SCI clearance required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security documentation (CVR, CSP, FFC) and TEMPEST paperwork.
• Conduct periodic security inspections to ensure CSP and AO compliance.
• Notify AO of CSP deviations and security violations within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with construction firms to safeguard site, materials, and access per CSP.
• Mitigate security threats with AO and ensure adherence to DoD and ICD/ UFC requirements.
• Provide day-to-day SSM oversight and continuous policy improvement.
