Job summary

Prime Controls is seeking a Site Safety Manager to lead onsite safety efforts at client sites and administer the company's ES&H programs. The role focuses on promoting a strong safety culture, mentoring workers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards across projects.

Ideal candidates will have relevant OSHA certifications, 3–5 years of industrial safety experience, and the ability to travel. The position supports a nationwide client base from Prime Controls' offices and emphasizes safety,

Qualifications

• CHST/OHST/STS/CSP/ASP/GSP or OSHA 30 within 3 years
• OSHA 501/500 certificates (502 valid 500)
• 3–5 years safety in industrial/electrical facility infra
• 2-year ES&H degree
• Pass a 7-year background check
• Experience with large subcontractor workforces
• Experience in semiconductor or data center environments
• Knowledge of TRIR and EMR metrics
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Promote Prime Controls' safety culture and standards
• Observe safety practices and mentor workers for improvements
• Create and close permits, audits, toolbox talks, and safety observations
• Conduct health and safety program audits
• Assist in incident investigations and emergencies
• Attend safety meetings and communicate with project teams
• Tackle additional safety projects as assigned
